This agreement shall govern participation in the eTrafficServices.com Guaranteed Visitors Traffic delivery program. By participating in the Program with the purchase of one of our 5 traffic package, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The term 'customer' shall refer to any individual or entity who accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by submitting the Program registration or completion of a traffic package purchase.

All orders that are placed through eTrafficServices.com are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order it is understood that you have carefully read, understand, and comprehend this agreement with these terms.

PARTICIPATION:

.1. eTrafficServices.com WILL NOT accept ads or websites that contain, provide, or link to content that is not appropriate for viewing by the general public (We determine what is appropriate). The following are examples of the type of sites we WILL NOT deliver visitors to. Sites containing or linking to software piracy, pirating, hacking, spamming, excessive violence, abusive content, illegal schemes, dialers, false investment advice or deceptive money-making opportunities or ANY form of illegal activity or material, Sites promoting any type of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, personal, etc.) etc.

2. Your website or advertisement page can not have sounds or background music.

3. Your website or advertisement page can not have scripts that alter users browser settings.

4. Your website or advertisement page can not contain any type of frame breaking codes.

5.  Your Website or Advertisement Page my not contain any other Popup windows. Any additional windows generated by your website  or advertisement page shall be considered a popup window, including popups, pop-behinds, or exit popup windows. If a popup window is installed on the  customer URL at any time, eTrafficServices.com may stop the traffic campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.

6. To insure compliance with these terms and conditions, any Customers that change their content after approval for membership MUST notify eTrafficServices.com of the changes in writing IMMEDIATELY. If your website or advertisement page is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, eTrafficServices.com may stop your campaign immediately. In this case, you will not be entitled to a refund or any further delivery of traffic purchased

TRAFFIC:

All traffic/hits will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted URL, the Client will not hold eTrafficServices.com or it's Partner Sites responsible for the URL submission error. Any traffic delivered to a Client's website or advertisement page reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund. Please double check your submission info for accuracy when placing your order.

In the event that the client's website or advertisement page becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure"), the Client will not hold eTrafficServices.com or its Partner Sites responsible for any or all of these errors. All/Any traffic delivered to the client's website or advertisement page during this down time will not be credited or refunded.

The client understands that HIT COUNTERS on your site DO NOT ALWAYS ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE NUMBER OF VISITORS OR TRAFFIC SENT TO YOUR WEBSITE OR ADVERTISEMENT PAGE. This is generally due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short  period of time. The client also understands that eTrafficServices.com DOES NOT GUARANTEE SALES OR SIGNUPS TO ANY WEBSITE OR ADVERTISEMENT PAGE & WILL NOT ISSUE A FULL REFUND IF NONE ARE ACHIEVED! Sales are the sole responsibility of the client according to sales pitch or any other marketing avenues the client wishes to imply. Results will always vary of course.

PAYMENT:

All customers are required to pay one-hundred (100%) percent of the cost of the traffic campaign package or subscription traffic package before its activation. eTrafficServices.com reserves the right to set and negotiate specific payment & delivery terms on a Customer-by-Customer basis.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS:

No person under the age of 18 is allowed to participate in our program unless written permission from a parent or legal guardian, notarized, signed and dated, is sent as an email attachment to support@etrafficservices.com
